- Yes – there are two. One located in the East with clubhouse and one located in the West with picnic pavillion
- Is there a tot lot?
- Yes – Located at the West recreation area
- Is there a gate to enter the community?
- No - There are two ungated entrances to the community
- Are there guards or is the gate unmanned?
- There is a Roving Guard 3pm -10pm to patrol recreational facilities and roadways. Nor-Seg Security (954) 566-3446
- How do I obtain pool keys (clubhouse)?
- There is a detailed policy in the Meadows POA bulletin board at the clubhouse. If you did not receive a copy from previous owner (1)Bring your warranty deed (2)Maintenance dues must be current (3) Bring a current picture ID of all adults using pool the picture will have to be cut to fit ID card (4) All children 14 years and over also must have pictures for ID's RENTERS - MUST obtain written permission from homeowner to receive a key. If homeowners has a key, $50.00 for a new key.

- By paid reservation only - 8:00am - 9:45pm (currently restricted due to Covid19)

- Exterior changes are approved at the HOA level only. Any change in the exterior of any building, wall, fence or other structure or improvement and any change in the appearance of landscaping shall and will require approval.
- Is there a paint Color chart available for the Community?
- Sherwin Williams on Pembroke has the book of approved colors - must match the connecting homes.
- Are hurricane shutters permitted in the Community?
- Panel- Accordian Shutters- need ARB Approval
